Furniture

This is the office ... when we first bought the house :-)

Although it now looks different in color, the picture will give you an idea of what the arched bookcases look like and the back drop of the room. When you walk in the room, this is what faces you. The desks would be positioned so that we will be sitting with our BACKS facing the bookcases. This would enable us to look at the wall you walk in on...the wall that will house the TV. The width of the room (the wall that has the bookcases and window) is 14' 11" x 14' 5".

So, having2 desks at 54" wide (a total of 108" in desks + 12 inches between them) would leave 59".... about 2 and 1/2 feet on each side.

Option 2 - same desk, but with BROWN leather top:

Option 3 - Big desk:

Dresser for the guest room to match the Baker bed. (to see the bed, go to:

under the picture of the bed, click on "room scene" to see the bed the way I will have it...WITHOUT the posts

Reminder this dresser is 78" wide; therefore, it would not allow for a chair next to it:

Side view - what you would see when you walk in the room

Saw this as a nightstand for back bedroom (care taker) room. This would go with the Louis Bed. To see the bed, go to...

This pic is to discuss the shower door option in that back bedroom. This piece of cardboard is one option. It would cover 1/2 the shower and would have a little gap between the glass and the angled marble in order to allow the door to swing open.

Option 2 is to have a panel up against the marble with one clip at the angled section. Then have the door attach to the panel. This would enable the glass to cover more of the tub but still allow for accessibility to reach the knob. It's a pencil drawing on the cardboard, so you need to look closely.

Last pic...just to show you what the basment fireplace looks like with the onyx header. Hasn't been grouted and the place is still a mess in this pic, but thought you'd like to see it :-)

Fireplace Granite Options

PIC !: Yellow Bamboo...the one we saw together.

PIC 2: Diana Reale ... the other one we saw together. Imagine that this is what a leg would look like (the white is the "mantel leg")

PIC 3: Diana Reale Slab

PIC 4: Honey Onyx

PIC 5: Honey Onyx Again

Border options...

Don't know why, but these pics are sideways. The wood chip that is at the bottom of the pic should be to the right. Just cock your head towards your right shoulder to see it the right way. Also, that brown "chip" is a sample that is close to the color of the wood floor. Not exact, but the best I have for now to give you an idea of the look.

PIC 1: The border we chose at the sale... yes, the brown carpet would be on the outside, up against the floor in this scenario...

PIC 2: Same border, but I removed the brown on the outside. So, the blue/cream would be up against the wood floor.

PIC 3: A second / new border option.

Pic 4: This border is the same as #3, but without the brown carpet on the edge...

Also, please notice that the border is facing 2 different ways on the "second/new" border option. Pic 3 - the rounded part of the design is facing toward the wood floor.
Pic 4 - the rounded part of the design is facing the field of the runner.
If you like this border better then the first border, which way do you prefer the rounded part to go?
